Requirements

As a general rule all these requirements must be satisfied: (approval from Chiba Prefectural Government following screening by Mitsui Fudosan is required)

  • Companies, branches or representative offices established by foreign corporations for operations in Japan (including establishment in-progress)
  • Foreign capital to be one third or over
  • Establishment of central office, management, or R&D facility.
  • Have plans to continue operations in Chiba after leaving the FASuC facilities

  • Any document which shows capital ratio
  • Financial Statements for the most recent two fiscal periods
  • Business Projection/Financial Forecast
  • CV of Japan representative />
