Chiba Prefecture has launched a new subsidy program

Chiba Prefecture has launched a new subsidy program effective on April 1, 2007, under which a part of the office rentals will be subsidized.

Qualifications

Your company to be located within Chiba Prefecture should have no less than 30% of foreign capital or should be a branch of the foreign company. Amount of Subsidy: The subsidy shall be limited to the rental of a facility such as an office or a factory. The amount of the subsidy shall be 1/3 of the first 12 months’ rental or 2 million Yen whichever is lower.
